Return/Exchange Policies

1. Return/Exchange Period

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days from delivery/purchase date.

  • Items must be returned within this window to be eligible.

2. Item Condition

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • Items with stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear are usually not accepted.

3. Proof of Purchase

  • Must present an order number, receipt, or confirmation email to validate the return or exchange.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer shoulders return shipping (especially for size issues or change of mind).

  • Free return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.

5. Final Sale Items

  • No returns/exchanges on clearance, final sale, or promotional items.

6. Defective/Wrong Items

  • Full refunds or replacements for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

  • Must be reported within a 3 days from purchase.

7. Processing Time

  • Return and exchange processing typically takes 1-3 days from receipt of the returned item.

8. One-Time Exchange Policy

  • Only one-time exchanges per order to avoid abuse of the policy.
