Cinemasun Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return / Exchange Period

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery or purchase date.
Items returned beyond this period may no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Item Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items with stains, odors, damage, or visible signs of wear may not be accepted.

3. Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide any of the following:

  • Order number

  • Official receipt

  • Confirmation email

This is required to validate all return or exchange requests.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for size exchanges or change-of-mind requests.

  • Shipping fees will only be covered by Cinemasun for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

5. Final Sale Items

Items marked as:

  • Clearance

  • Final Sale

  • Promotional / Discounted Items

are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers may request a full refund or replacement for:

  • Damaged items

  • Faulty products

  • Incorrect items received

These concerns must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

7. Processing Time

Return and exchange requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. One-Time Exchange Policy

Only one exchange per order will be allowed to help prevent abuse of the policy.
